Millions of Christian supporters worldwide are participating in a major solidarity initiative this October, planting 1,200 Israeli flags at thousands of sites globally to mark the victims of the October 7 attacks.

The Fellowship initiative has expanded dramatically beyond the United States and Canada this year. More than 1,775 churches and organizations from 12 additional countries have joined, including Australia, the United Kingdom, Kenya, South Africa, India, and the United Arab Emirates.

Yael Eckstein, president of the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews, stated that the project honors the innocent lives lost and brings hope amidst darkness. She emphasized that seeing millions stand with Israel against rising antisemitism is deeply moving.

Since October 7, 2023, the Fellowship has contributed approximately 1.5 billion NIS to aid Israel, supporting emergency services, armored vehicles, bomb shelters, evacuees, and vulnerable populations across the country.
