Children aged 10 to 12 are suspected of a vandalism spree at the Ice Palace parking lot in Holon, during which the windows of seven buses were smashed. According to the investigation, the minors entered one of the parked buses, stole emergency hammers and a fire extinguisher, and used the hammers to shatter the windows of neighboring vehicles.

The incident took place on October 2, when a bus company representative called the police 100 emergency dispatch to report several youths inside a bus parked at the Holon Ice Palace. The suspects removed safety hammers meant for breaking glass in emergencies, along with a fire extinguisher.

Instead of utilizing the safety equipment for its intended purpose, the children allegedly used the emergency hammers to smash the windows of seven buses parked in the lot, causing widespread property damage.

Following the report, an investigation was opened at the Holon police station under the Ayalon region and transferred to the youth division. Investigators quickly identified the young suspects, who turned out to be between 10 and 12 years old.

The minors were summoned to the police station accompanied by their parents and questioned over the property damage. At the end of the interrogation, they were released under restrictive conditions. Police emphasized that they view acts of vandalism against public property with utmost severity.
