Three children were filmed riding modified bicycles at speeds up to 70 km/h on the Begin Highway in Jerusalem during heavy traffic and darkness near Teddy Stadium.

Three children were spotted riding bicycles dangerously along the Begin Highway in Jerusalem near Malha on Tuesday evening amid heavy traffic. The reckless ride coincided with the Beitar Jerusalem versus Maccabi Tel Aviv football match at the nearby Teddy Stadium.
The children reached speeds of 60 to 70 kilometers per hour using heavily modified low-slung bikes without front or rear lights in the dark. Motorists struggled to spot them as they wove between lanes and sped along the shoulders.
