"What we see behind us is a return to October 7, 2023"
Yisrael Beiteinu chairman Avigdor Lieberman arrived at the Kerem Shalom crossing and declared: "We are in a complete return to the same conception and containment." Accompanied by party members, the former defense minister claimed: "Israel currently cannot move a pin without coordinating it with the USA."

Yisrael Beiteinu chairman Avigdor Lieberman arrived today, Wednesday, with his party members at the Kerem Shalom crossing, where he declared: "We are in a complete return to the same conception and containment." The former defense minister further claimed that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has given up on independence in security decision-making and has become completely dependent on the USA, stating: "This government has no right to exist."
Against the backdrop of the Peace Council's roadmap and the Trump plan for Gaza, which Benjamin Netanyahu rejected earlier this week, Avigdor Lieberman addressed the aid entering the Gaza Strip:
"Everything we see behind us is a return to October 7, 2023. This is a complete return to the same conception and the same containment. Every truck that enters, 20% of the value of the goods goes into the pocket of Hamas. Together with Benjamin Netanyahu's agreement to transfer 400 million dollars into the Gaza Strip, to supposed suppliers, 40% of that goes to the military wing of Hamas. That is, now 400 million dollars will enter for various suppliers, and 160 million dollars will return in cash to the military wing of Hamas. This is exactly the same path that brought us to the massacre of October 7. All these trucks — they all pay taxes to Hamas, they are all coordinated with Hamas, and they also force Israeli suppliers to buy the goods only in certain places, mainly in Turkey, thus they also launder Hamas's money in Turkey."
