Carrefour Israel Cuts Fresh Chicken Prices to 9.90 NIS in New Retail Campaign
Carrefour Israel is offering fresh chicken drumsticks at 9.90 NIS per kilogram, undercutting major market competitors by up to 75% in a new price-cutting campaign running through November 2026.

Carrefour Israel has launched a major discount campaign featuring fresh chicken drumsticks at 9.90 NIS per kilogram, undercutting competitors by up to 75%. The special offer runs through November 6, 2026, with a purchase requirement exceeding 99 NIS and a limit of 3 kilograms per customer.
Following the conclusion of the government-backed 'Israel Basket' initiative last month, supermarket chains are locked in a fierce price war. Market surveys show that fresh chicken drumsticks at competing chains range from 24.90 to 37.50 NIS at Rami Levy, 29.90 to 37.90 NIS at Yochananof, 28.90 to 35.90 NIS at Victory, and up to 46.90 NIS at Shufersal.
In addition to the poultry promotion, Carrefour highlights its top five discounted items across all branches and online platforms. These include Mama Chips frozen chips at 14.90 NIS, Williger tuna four-packs at 14.90 NIS, Axe body spray at 7.90 NIS, Elite's 'Ad Hatziot' biscuits at 9.90 NIS, and Hellmann's mayonnaise at 14.90 NIS.
The retailer is also offering discounts of 30% or more on dozens of household and grocery items, including Palmolive dish soap, Bedin fabric softener, Prineriv natural juice, and Lily toilet paper. The promotions apply across all Carrefour formats and online orders, subject to a minimum purchase of 99 NIS.
