Two suspects, an Israeli citizen and a foreign national, were arrested following a violent altercation near the community of Carmel in the southern Hebron Hills, during which two Israelis were reportedly attacked. The Judea and Samaria District Central Unit launched an investigation into the incident, which reportedly involved an attempted weapon grab and mutual violence.

Police and IDF forces rushed to the scene following an emergency report, detaining two suspects in their 20s and 30s. The detainees were transferred to police custody for further interrogation. Investigators gathered testimonies, collected forensic evidence, and reviewed the circumstances of the confrontation.

The suspects were subsequently brought before a court, where police requested their release under restrictive conditions to facilitate ongoing investigative procedures. The court approved the request, ordering their banishment from Judea and Samaria until January 1, 2027.

In a separate incident earlier, IDF forces arrested 15 foreign nationals near a farm in the area of Lubban al-Sharqiya on suspicion of disturbing public order and violating legal instructions. The suspects were handed over to the police, and investigators at the Modi'in Illit station launched an inquiry into the matter. Security forces reiterated their commitment to preventing public disturbances and maintaining regional security.
