Indictment Filed Against Bat Yam Man for Sex Crimes Against Minors
An indictment was filed in the Tel Aviv District Court against a 20-year-old resident of Bat Yam for committing severe sex crimes, extortion, and threats against four minors.
An indictment was filed today (Thursday) at the Tel Aviv District Court against Harel Sticklaro, a 20-year-old resident of Bat Yam, charging him with committing sex crimes against four minors aged 12 to 15, most of whom he met on social media.
According to the indictment, over a period of about two years, Sticklaro committed rape and penetration offenses against a 13-year-old minor on multiple occasions, touched her body, and demanded she masturbate in front of him. He met the other minors on TikTok or Instagram, and during lengthy conversations with them, committed various sex crimes.
Sticklaro demanded that the minors send him intimate photos and videos documenting themselves and their nude bodies, sent them photos of his genitalia, and made repeated sexual propositions and remarks. In some cases, he threatened to distribute the videos and photos if they did not comply with his demands, which included video calls where they exposed themselves while he pleasured himself.
Among other things, he threatened to harm them and their families and to tell their parents. The indictment charges him with numerous counts of raping a minor under 14, unlawful penetration of a minor aged 14 to 16, indecent acts under circumstances of rape against a minor under 14, indecent acts involving pressure and threats, sexual harassment, blackmail by threats, and threats.
The State Attorney's Office has asked the court to order his detention until the conclusion of the legal proceedings against him.
