Bar Cohen Opens Up About Returning to Fertility Treatments
Israeli reality star Bar Cohen shared an emotional Instagram post announcing her return to fertility treatments. Less than a year after welcoming her second son, the 35-year-old opened up about the challenges of endometriosis and her strong desire to expand her family.

Bar Cohen, the well-known Israeli reality TV star, has candidly opened up to her followers about her decision to return to fertility treatments. Less than a year after welcoming her second son, Elia—her first child with husband Elieav Tati—the 35-year-old influencer shared an emotional post on Instagram detailing her journey, fears, and the driving force behind wanting another child.
The Emotional Decision Behind Family Planning
Reflecting on a recent conversation with friends, Cohen explained how a casual chat about routines and motherhood struck a nerve. One of her friends, a nurse, spoke about the joys and challenges of raising twins, prompting the group to tell Cohen that she must try for another baby while the timing makes sense. However, the pressure of biological clocks and past struggles quickly caught up with her.
The word 'must' broke me, because it's not that I don't want to, I do... But the realization that you have reached an age where you 'must' act because your fertility isn't great, and you want a sibling close in age to your children, is overwhelming.
Embracing the Pain and the Process
Cohen didn't shy away from the harsh realities of fertility treatments, recalling the physical pain, the hormonal shifts, and the strain on her marriage. Diagnosed with endometriosis, she knows the road ahead won't be easy. Yet, looking back at her previous success and the beautiful family she has built with Tati—whom she met on HaAh HaGadol in 2022—gave her the strength to message her fertility doctor and restart the journey.
