Azorim Launches 402 New Housing Units in Netanya and Ramat HaSharon
Azorim has launched two major urban renewal projects in Netanya and Ramat HaSharon, involving the demolition of 164 old apartments to build 402 new housing units.
Aizrim has initiated two major urban renewal projects in Netanya and Ramat HaSharon, which will yield a total of 402 new residential units. The developments follow recent demolition ceremonies that leveled 164 aging apartments to make way for modern housing.
In Netanya, the company launched the "N HaHistadrut" project in cooperation with the local urban renewal administration. The development will feature 182 new housing units across three residential buildings—two 18-story towers and a 9-story mid-rise structure—replacing 56 older apartments. Designed by Zayt Lev Architects, the complex will include tenant lounges, a gym, a gaming room, and public spaces.
Ramat HaSharon Project Launch
Simultaneously, Azorim commenced demolitions for its "Azorim Yarim" project in western Ramat HaSharon. Located at 1-10 Yitzhak Elchanan Street in the Kiryat Yearim neighborhood, the plan replaces four three-story residential blocks containing 108 units.
"Urban renewal is the central tool that allows us to renovate old structures, improve infrastructure, and create a safer, higher-quality living environment for property owners and future generations," said Azorim CEO Adi Dana.
Under TMA 38/2, the new development will comprise 220 apartments across five 7-to-8-story buildings designed by Kika Braz Architects.
