Avissaror Appoints Yehuda Levi as Brand Ambassador Amid Major Market Push
Avissaror real estate company appoints actor Yehuda Levi as its main brand ambassador amid a massive pipeline of over 10,000 planned residential units and recent stock exchange IPO.
Amid a challenging real estate market, development company Avissaror has appointed actor Yehuda Levi as its main brand ambassador. The company is currently building about 2,400 apartments and holds a planned inventory of over 10,000 residential units. As part of a dual corporate move, Dan Stern has been named national marketing manager, following his previous role as marketing manager for the ASHIRA project in Sde Dov and vice president of marketing and technology at Gindi TLV.
New Campaigns and Market Expansion
Following Levi's two-and-a-half-year promotion of the ASHIRA project—where he also purchased a mini-penthouse—two new campaigns were recently filmed through the Sabio advertising agency. The first campaign promotes four new presale residential projects in Ashdod, Rehovot, Ashkelon, and Karmi Gat, while the second focuses on a furniture package for projects in Ramat Hasharon, Lod, Beersheba, and Bnei Brak.
In early August, Avissaror went public on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange after 48 years as a private family business. During the IPO, the company raised approximately 530 million shekels and is currently traded at a market capitalization of 3.2 billion shekels. Deputy CEO Yoram Avissaror noted that Levi has been accompanying the company for two and a half years, building a genuine connection that naturally led to expanding the cooperation.
Corporate Appointments and Sector Updates
In other economic and corporate developments, Dana Epstein has been appointed CEO of the Caspi tourism group, having previously served as CFO and financial-consumer operations executive at Shufersal. Meanwhile, automotive importer Colmobil announced a series of senior appointments, naming Rubi Cohen as manager of the Mercedes and Smart division, Vered Mana for Mitsubishi and GWM ORA, Ran Biar for Omoda & Jaecoo, and Tal Avizart as fleet division manager.
