With 630 employees and operations in India and Brazil: The company that wants to raise another $500 million
Just three months after the previous round, Globes has learned that the Israeli AI company has launched a massive round at double the valuation. Insight Partners is expected to lead the move and is looking for additional partners alongside it. In the background is a surge in revenue run rate, which is aimed at $100 million by the end of the year.

The Israeli artificial intelligence company Wonderful AI is shifting gears in its business expansion. The company recently signed a long series of significant contracts with banks, leading financial institutions, and hospitals in Israel, and at the same time began to establish its first steps in emerging international markets such as India and Brazil. This sales momentum is also well reflected in the financial performance, as according to market estimates, the company expects its annual revenue run rate (ARR) to continue to jump sharply and approach the $100 million threshold.
Only three months ago, the company completed a $165 million fundraising round - but now Globes has learned that it is already working on a new round, unusual in its scope. Wonderful AI has launched a $500 million round, in which it is seeking a $5 billion valuation - double the valuation it received just a quarter ago.
According to estimates, the new round, which is in its early stages, will also be led by the American venture capital fund Insight Partners. However, the fund's senior executives, including Jeff Horing, are trying to locate additional giant funds to lead the move alongside it.
The unusual size of the round requires the founders and investors to pound the pavement to enlist a wide list of deep-pocketed entities, so its official closing is still far from a conclusion.

One of the fastest-growing companies in Israel
Tel Aviv-based Wonderful AI, which captured a spot on Globes' list of the ten most promising startups for this year, currently occupies a central place as one of the fastest-growing companies in the Israeli high-tech sector. This rapid growth relies on a sharp jump in sales of its AI agents - AI-based software solutions capable of taking on a wide range of complex organizational tasks. The company's systems integrate into the daily work processes of organizations and autonomously manage entire arrays of tasks, from providing customer service and sales, through financial management and administration, to handling various operational processes.
The company began its journey as a manufacturer of AI agents capable of managing a direct conversation with customers, users, or employees, but expanded rapidly to other corporate agent products. Later, it also entered the service provision field, and now it helps its clients implement AI products in the organization, thereby increasing its sales with complementary products.
"We quickly realized that no company wants only voice agents - they want chat agents, email agents, sales agents, operations agents, and everywhere where employees transfer information from system to system," the company's CEO, Bar Winkler, told Globes last June.
Like the Israeli companies Kela and Unframe or the American Palantir, Wonderful AI also understood that the key to accelerating sales lies in the field of personalized service for the end customer. "The product itself is not worth much if you don't connect it to dozens of systems in the organization and ensure it sits well within the processes," Winkler said. "If you want to work with the biggest organizations in the world, you need a presence on the ground everywhere you operate."
The service model allows the company to grow quickly, but it also forces it to raise huge capital to finance the recruitment of local representatives and the establishment of operational and service systems in the 30 countries where it operates.
Head-to-head against Salesforce
Wonderful AI is not the only company developing AI agents for organizational activities - it is competed against by giant companies like Salesforce alongside unicorns like the American Sierra. However, the Israeli company is one of the fastest-growing in the field in markets outside the US, including Israel, Greece, Poland, Singapore, and India.
The growth is also reflected in the increase in the number of employees. Just a year ago, the company employed about 90 people, and now the headcount stands at about 630 people, according to LinkedIn. The jump in annual revenue run rate is also impressive: last August the figure stood at only about $1 million, by the end of 2025 it climbed to $7 million, and the company finished the first quarter of the year with a revenue run rate of $18 million. Today, the annual revenue run rate already reaches $55 million, and in the company's environment, they expect to reach even $100 million by the end of the year.
Wonderful AI was founded by Bar Winkler and Roi Lazar and has raised $290 million to date. In Israel, the company works with the customer service systems of Bank Hapoalim, Discount Bank, Maccabi Healthcare Services, Bezeq, Pazgas, Menora Mivtachim, and Libra. No response was received from the company.
