Asi Buzaglo in a feud with Omri Kanda: "You are looking for pity, pay for your mistakes"
The explosion between Asi Buzaglo and Omri Kanda takes a surprising family turn after Buzaglo's mother-in-law decided to intervene and sent particularly harsh barbs about the former footballer's past.
The drama on screen in the current season of "Power Couple" (Reshet 13) has long since crossed the boundaries of the couples' reality show and reached social networks. What began as a strong alliance and close friendship between Asi Buzaglo and Omri Kanda has crashed, and now, the rift between the couples is taking a family turn.
The relationship between the two couples suffered a heavy blow after a surprising move by Buzaglo during the program, which left Kanda frustrated and stunned. The tension reached a peak in a task where Asi turned to Omri: "What, did you start crying?!". Kanda tried to cut him off and said: "Enough already!", while Adi Buzaglo tried to cool the spirits and said: "Don't talk to him now". Asi, for his part, made it clear that he has no intention of reconciling and replied: "Who is talking to him? What do I have to talk to him about this for?".
The one who intervened suddenly is Rina Hazan, Adi Buzaglo's mother, who did not remain in debt and launched an attack against Kanda. The criticism comes against the background of Kanda's revelations in the program itself, where he shared his struggle with gambling addiction and losses of about a million and a half shekels after his retirement from football.
"You made mistakes all your life, you came to the program to make a buck and this is not the place. You are not a victim, of course you need to work. You did stupid things, but the program will not solve the problems in your life."
Later she even sharpened the tone and added: "Any smart person who watches the program understands that you are looking for pity. Pay for the mistakes. You were a champion at lying and whining."
On Kanda's side, they chose to respond with relative restraint and not be dragged into a direct confrontation with the mother. "Out of respect for the mother's age and out of respect that should be shown to an older person, I refrain from responding", was stated on behalf of Omri Kanda, who added: "I know what kind of husband, what kind of father and what kind of partner I am".
If that was not enough, Asi Buzaglo decided to respond directly to a video that Kanda uploaded, and wrote to him: "Kanda, my life, is there a place where you won't talk about me and Adi? Maybe instead of bringing others down, you'll lift your wife up a bit?".
Later, Asi uploaded a detailed story in which he jabbed at Kanda's conduct in the media: "As you know, we are on summer vacation and we have 4 children to manage, which is a full-time job. Between the children and life itself we don't really have time to go from program to program, to be interviewed everywhere possible and to talk about other people for a little more PR. But come on, in 'arrogant' he already lost me, where else can one go?".
Asi concluded his words: "It's amazing how many things you can discover about yourself when someone else doesn't stop talking about you. We, in the meantime, will continue to deal with our family, our children and our real lives. Whoever wants to continue dealing with us all day, have fun.
