After father's elimination: brother of Dizengoff terrorist arrested
Hamam Hazem, brother of terrorist Raad Hazem and son of Fathi Hazem, was arrested in Jenin for planning an attack against Israeli civilians and security forces.

On Monday morning, soldiers from the Duvdevan unit, operating under the command of the Menashe Brigade and guided by Shin Bet intelligence, conducted a special operation in Jenin. During the raid, they arrested Hamam Hazem, who was planning to carry out an attack within Israel.
Hazem is the son of Fathi Hazem, who was eliminated by IDF forces last week while attempting to stab a soldier during an operation in Jenin. Following his father's death, Hamam expressed his intention to target Israeli citizens and security personnel. His brother, Raad Hazem, was the perpetrator of the 2022 shooting attack on Dizengoff Street, which left three Israeli citizens dead and six others wounded.
In a separate operation yesterday near the village of Sanur, IDF forces, acting on Shin Bet intelligence, arrested another terrorist who was actively preparing an attack against Israeli citizens.
