After politics: former CEO of the Yamina party lands a prestigious job

Stella Weinstein has been appointed CEO of Noga, a subsidiary of Migdalei HaYam HaTichon. Weinstein, who previously served as CEO of the Yamina party and currently works in management and strategic consulting, will lead Noga, a new venture by Migdalei HaYam HaTichon that introduces, for the first time, a comprehensive package of services for retirees who choose to continue living in their own homes.

Noga is a subsidiary of Migdalei HaYam HaTichon, one of Israel's leading companies in the field of housing for the elderly, which is traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Noga brings a new concept to the Israeli market for those of retirement age: a single package of services, community, leisure, health, security, and quality of life, which accompanies the individual in their home and allows them to continue living in the environment they have chosen. The activity relies on decades of knowledge, experience, and infrastructure of Migdalei HaYam HaTichon, translating them into an innovative service model outside the world of assisted living.

Weinstein brings with her diverse managerial, business, and public experience. She previously served as CEO of the Yamina party, and alongside her managerial activities, she has gained experience in the fields of strategy, finance, government relations, marketing, and communications.
