Deputy Minister Almog Cohen was filmed last night in a sharp verbal confrontation with a left-wing protester as he left a Likud party conference at the King Solomon Hotel in Netanya. During the confrontation, the protester hurled harsh remarks at Cohen and reached extremely high volumes. In the video documenting the incident, Cohen is seen confronting the protester head-on, after the latter approached him and repeatedly shouted at him, "You are a zero."

Knesset member Cohen did not remain silent in the face of the attacks and responded firmly to the protester. During the confrontation, Cohen replied: "I killed terrorists while you and your friends were hiding under blankets, you are cowards." Cohen made it clear to the protester that he has no relevance and that in the next Knesset, he and his group will not be anywhere. Other protesters who were at the scene continued to shout "Shame" and "You are zeros" at the Deputy Minister, while Cohen walked away from the scene towards his car.

The Deputy Minister told C14: "I arrived at the Likud conference in Netanya with the participation of the excellent mayor, Avi Salma. Upon leaving the conference, I was attacked by an activist from 'Brothers in Arms'. I will not lower my gaze before the despicable refuseniks and I will continue to tell them: you sold the security of our children, a mark of Cain on your foreheads forever!".
