Amnesty International calls on Hamas to end atrocities
Amnesty International has called on the terrorist organization Hamas to stop killings, human rights violations, and extrajudicial executions in the Gaza Strip. According to the UN, forces identified with Hamas were involved in at least 60 cases of severe violence.
The human rights organization Amnesty International has called on the terrorist organization Hamas to stop acts of violence and extrajudicial executions in the Gaza Strip, as reported by the German newspaper "Jüdische Allgemeine".
"The killings, human rights violations, and atrocities of Hamas must stop. Everyone responsible for giving orders to commit human rights violations and for carrying them out must be brought to justice," said the Secretary General of the German branch of Amnesty International, Julia Duchrow.
According to the report, the UN investigated a total of 249 cases of extrajudicial executions and severe physical violence in the Gaza Strip between August 2024 and the beginning of 2026. Findings indicate that forces identified with Hamas were involved in at least 60 of these cases.
In total, 108 deaths were documented within the cases investigated.
