Vladimir Tamarkin

The Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court has ordered stand-up comedian Vladimir Tamarkin to pay 10,000 shekels to a woman he publicly mocked for her weight. Judge Tzipora Ohana-Kapesh ruled that while stand-up comedy allows for rough language, it must not cross the line into personal humiliation.
