Shared Mobility

The Holon Municipality has decided to stop the operation of shared scooters starting in September, becoming the first city in Israel to remove them from its territory. The municipality explains that the move is intended to return sidewalks to pedestrians and improve safety, but the industry warns that the ban will actually encourage a shift to private scooters and increase car usage.
