SAP has appointed Michal Romi as the new CEO of SAP Labs Israel. She will take office on September 1, succeeding Orna Kleinmann, who is moving to a senior global leadership role within the company.

The company ONE has been selected to lead a strategic project at Bank Discount to implement a cloud-based SAP system. The new system, scheduled to go live in January 2028, will provide a unified AI-based information infrastructure that will improve operational efficiency and support the bank's growth.

A new collective agreement signed between the Histadrut and SAP management covers 800 employees, ensuring enhanced retirement conditions, remote work regulations, and a 4.5% increase in welfare budgets.
