Rafael Shraga

The State Attorney's Office filed an indictment against 51-year-old Rafael Shraga from Bat Yam for rape and sexual offenses against a 19-year-old woman with intellectual disabilities. According to the indictment, he presented himself with a false name and age, took her to a hotel, and exploited her condition to commit the acts.
