Ownership Structure

Yanai will remain with 40% of the shares, while Gili Raanan, Miki Malka, and Alan Howard will each hold 20%. The move is intended to create a broader ownership structure and bring fans back to the stands. Ongoing management will pass to Chairman Stav Shaham.
