In the village of Qusra, located in Area B, Jewish rioters arrive on weekends and attack Palestinian residents. Despite condemnations by the Prime Minister and an increased alert level, incidents repeat without arrests. Ynet military correspondent Elisha Ben Kimon explains why Qusra has become a flashpoint.

Rioters set fire to work equipment and sprayed graffiti in Wadi Rahin, against the backdrop of IDF activity in the area. A group of extremists distributed a poster showing the commander of the Judea and Samaria Division alongside the GOC Central Command: "Eviction champions. Your destroyers and devastators."

The IDF confirmed it refrained from evacuating 13 new illegal outposts in Judea and Samaria last week, with plans to resume operations in the coming days. Officials noted that the constant emergence of these sites diverts critical resources from counter-terrorism efforts.

A week after the terror attack that claimed the life of Binyahu Malet, six new outposts were established near Havat Gilad. Residents state this is a response to the tragedy and a means to secure the territory.

A security source identified farms and outposts as a "weak point." Six new outposts were established in the last two days following an incident in the village of Tel. The IDF fears a scenario where Palestinians may target isolated farms.

Today, there are about 70 outposts and 120–150 farms throughout Judea and Samaria. The IDF distinguishes between state-authorized sites and illegal ones. A security source notes that securing these locations diverts troops from counter-terrorism efforts.
