Monka Restaurant

The first Bulgarian restaurant in Jaffa, one of Israel's culinary institutions, has reopened. With a modern look, a reduced menu, and a street food window featuring the dish most identified with it. We visited, tasted, and returned in love with the 2026 version of Monka.
