Dating app Bumble is changing its rules: either party in a match can now send the first message. Additionally, the response window for a match has been extended from 24 to 72 hours.

Tu B'Av is a time to strengthen one of the world's greatest commandments: matchmaking. It is an easy commandment, yet one that can be hindered by hesitation. At this very moment, someone is sitting there needing only a message: "Maybe I'll give him your number?"
