Two sisters, aged 4 and 11 months, were located inside a locked trailer after being kidnapped in Atlanta, and the suspect was arrested. After her arrest, it turned out she was wanted in a case where she impersonated a pregnant woman, and she was also previously accused of kidnapping a four-day-old baby.
