Israeli retail chain Hamashbir warns consumers of a fraudulent website, kennethcoleonline.shop, impersonating the Kenneth Cole fashion brand to steal credit card details.

Kenneth Cole Productions will deepen its partnership with the Mashbir Group and invest up to $5 million in Kenneth Cole Design and Development. As part of the deal, it will be allocated 20% of the company's shares, which will continue to expand the brand's operations in Europe.
