Dating app Bumble is in advanced talks to be acquired by Ithaca Holdings in a deal valuing the firm at $1 billion. Shares surged 50% following the report amid slowing industry growth and declining paying users.

The oil and gas production company, controlled by Delek Group, is set to enter the FTSE 100 index in September. The inclusion is expected to generate demand for shares worth hundreds of millions of shekels.
