The "Hever" club and the "Aura" company have launched a large-scale housing campaign offering hundreds of apartments in five projects across the country to club members and their immediate families. The campaign includes properties in Hadera, Ramat HaSharon, Ramat Gan, Kiryat Ono, and Ofakim.

Aura is launching a marketing campaign with the 'Hever' club, offering discounts and 15:85 financing terms on 800 housing units across five projects to boost sales after a slow first half of 2026.

The campaign includes 2–6 room apartments, garden apartments, and penthouses in Hadera, Ramat HaSharon, Ramat Gan, Kiryat Ono, and Ofakim. Among the benefits: full exemption from indexation to the construction input index and deferral of the bulk of the payment until close to occupancy.
