Ansley Martin was surprised to discover at a second-hand store in Philadelphia a family portrait taken when she was a child, which had hung for years in the house where she grew up. Her parents have been divorced for 15 years, and she and her mother thought the picture was still stored in the basement. No one in the family knows how it reached the store.

A San Francisco couple is trying to solve the mystery of a large limestone statue, weighing about 68 kilograms, found buried in their yard. Greg Gathwood discovered the piece by chance while gardening, initially mistaking it for a block of concrete.
