Popular squishy toys have come under scrutiny by U.S. authorities due to the risk of containing hazardous materials. Amazon has begun removing counterfeit products that fail to meet safety standards and may pose health risks to children.

A new lawsuit claims that thousands of bottles bearing a trademark owned by an Israeli importer were imported and marketed in violation of its rights. The move comes after the Supreme Court upheld a previous ruling that required Ukrainian manufacturers to pay $500,000 to the Israeli company.
