A gradual cooling trend is expected over the coming weekend, bringing relief from the heat across the country. Starting Thursday, temperatures will begin to drop toward seasonal averages as morning clouds clear.

Following the easing of the heatwave, Israel expects partly cloudy skies and a further drop in temperatures. On Saturday, unseasonal rain is possible in the east of the country.
