Azrieli Group

The Azrieli Group concluded the second quarter of 2026 with a net rental income (NOI) of 651 million shekels, up from 648 million shekels last year. The Data Centers sector saw a decline in NOI to 103 million shekels.

The company, managed by Dana Azrieli, has signed an agreement to provide data center services in London with a capacity of 13.6 megawatts.

Shop owners in Azrieli Group malls were stunned to receive demands for tens of thousands of shekels in additional payments. The funds are intended to cover multi-million shekel budget holes in the group's management companies.
