Eran Zahavi and Avi Aviv Seal Major Retail Lease Deal in Mazkeret Batya
Former football star Eran Zahavi and partner Avi Aviv signed a major deal to bring Rami Levy to their commercial complex in Mazkeret Batya, alongside a massive Holmes Place lease.

Former football star Eran Zahavi and his business partner Avi Aviv are expanding their real estate portfolio with a major lease agreement at their commercial complex in Mazkeret Batya. A leading Israeli retail chain will anchor the expanding project.
Under the agreement, Rami Levy will lease approximately 3,500 square meters to open a massive supermarket. The location is slated for occupancy in early 2027, marking a milestone in the partners' local business expansion.
The deal follows another major lease with Holmes Place, valued at roughly 43 million shekels, where the fitness chain agreed to monthly rent of about 180,000 shekels. These ventures are part of a broader real estate push that includes three additional plots spanning about 10 dunams for commercial, office, and high-tech use.
