Financial Growth and Strategy

Controlled by the DBSI investment group, ETGA operates in two main sectors: logistics and non-banking finance. In the logistics sector, the company provides comprehensive solutions for international trade and cargo transportation. In the non-banking finance sector, operating through Tuam Mimun, the company focuses on real estate financing, alongside dedicated import financing and supply chain financing solutions.

In the first half of 2026, financing revenues grew by approximately 20% to around 31 million shekels, while the company's credit portfolio reached approximately 813 million shekels as of June 30, 2026, representing an 87% increase compared to the corresponding period last year. As part of its growth strategy and expansion of credit activity, Tuam Mimun completed the acquisition of an 80% stake in a loan portfolio totaling approximately 226 million shekels in May, earmarked for urban renewal projects.

"I am pleased to welcome Yinon as the CEO of Tuam Mimun. Non-banking financial activity constitutes a major growth engine for the group," said Liran Jacobsberg, CEO of ETGA.
