A former employee, who claims she previously worked as a security guard at Channel 13, posted a video on social media in which she rated the treatment of presenters and employees at the channel with whom she had contact during her work. Alongside several media figures she noted positively, she made allegations against journalist Raviv Drucker – who, for his part, denies ever meeting her. Later, the employee chose to remove the video from the networks.

"I judge him harshly," she said about Drucker. However, she clarified that she is not claiming he verbally abused her or committed any illegal act against her, but rather referred to the way, according to her, he behaved toward her:

"He didn't verbally abuse me or anything like that, but he just treated me as if we were in the 14th century and he was a king and I was a slave. Class distinctions."

Drucker rejected the claims entirely and stated in response: "I have never met this woman in my life. She claims she was a security guard in Ramat HaHayal. I work most of the time in Neve Ilan. When I arrive in Ramat HaHayal, I almost never pass through the reception desk. In my opinion, she is unable to cite a single interaction with me because she never spoke to me." It should be noted that sources at the channel claim her employment there was about six years ago.

In the video, which was later removed, the employee also referred to other media figures. Among others, she noted positively the presenter Omer Yardeni as well as several other presenters and employees at the channel. Regarding the economic commentator Matan Hodorov, she said: "I judge him leniently because in my opinion he has a social problem and he doesn't do it on purpose, but he was not nice at all."
