19-year-old East Jerusalem resident suspected of indecent acts against two 12-year-old girls

Officers from the Lev Tel Aviv station in the Yarkon district arrested a 19-year-old resident of East Jerusalem on Friday on suspicion of entering the sea and committing indecent acts against two 12-year-old minors.

During a routine patrol along the Tel Aviv coastline, police received a report regarding a suspicious individual who had entered the water, approached two 12-year-old girls, and allegedly touched them in an indecent manner. Officers in the vicinity quickly identified and arrested the suspect.

Following his interrogation at the police station, the suspect was detained. On Saturday evening, he appeared before a court, which extended his remand until Sunday.

Over the past month, two other men have been arrested in Tel Aviv on suspicion of committing indecent acts against three women at three different locations in the city. In one case, a Palestinian resident of Huwara in his 30s is accused of touching two women at HaMesila Park and the nearby "Teder" club. Additionally, a resident of Haifa in his 40s was arrested for allegedly entering the women's restroom at Frishman Beach and committing an indecent act against a woman.
