17-year-old teenager killed in severe car accident in the Negev
Muhammad al-Qarnawi was critically injured in a car accident in Ar'ara. He was transported to Soroka Hospital while undergoing resuscitation efforts, where his death was pronounced. MADA paramedics stated: "There were severe injuries on his body."
17-year-old Muhammad al-Qarnawi was killed yesterday, Friday, in a severe car accident that occurred in Ar'ara in the Negev.
Earlier, it was reported that the teenager had sustained critical injuries. He was brought to a local clinic in Ar'ara, from where he was evacuated by MADA to Soroka Hospital while suffering from a head injury, during ongoing resuscitation efforts.
"When we arrived at the clinic, we saw the teenager unconscious, without a pulse and without breathing, with very severe injuries on his body," said MADA paramedic Moshe Asulin and senior MADA medic Elhai Elbaz. "We provided him with life-saving medical treatment that included prolonged resuscitation efforts and evacuated him to the hospital in critical condition while we fought for his life."
Another shooting incident
In another case, a man in his 20s was wounded in a shooting incident in Ein as-Sahla, and his condition is defined as severe. He was brought to meet with MADA teams, who provided him with medical treatment and evacuated him to Rambam Hospital with penetrating wounds.
MADA medics Salim Saad and Alaa Melhem said: "We met a private vehicle with the wounded man, a young man in his 20s who was conscious and suffering from severe penetrating wounds to his body. We provided him with life-saving medical treatment and evacuated him to the hospital in severe condition."
