Or Tsalikvanik Returns as CEO of 103FM Radio Station
Or Tsalikvanik has returned as CEO of 103FM after two years leading Walla, replacing Avi Cohen. He aims to boost ratings and manage the future of star hosts Yinon Magal and Ben Caspit.

Or Tsalikvanik has returned as the CEO of the popular 103FM radio station, replacing Avi Cohen, according to an internal email sent to station employees. Tsalikvanik spent the last two years as the editor-in-chief of Walla, following a successful tenure leading 103FM from 2015 to 2023.
During his previous term, Tsalikvanik spearheaded major milestones for the station, designing its programming schedule and launching influential broadcasts that shaped public discourse, including the prominent morning show with Golan Yochpaz and Anat Davidov, as well as the high-profile pairing of Ben Caspit and Yinon Magal. He also built the station's digital infrastructure, achieving an all-time regional radio listening record of 13.1%.
Navigating New Challenges and TGI Ratings
Tsalikvanik returns as 103FM records an 8.4% listening share in the first half of 2026 according to TGI data, tying at the top with Eco99 FM. Meanwhile, digital engagement has surged, highlighted by the hit web series 'Hamtivon' starring Yinon Magal and Eyal Berkovic, which pulled in 20 million views across social media platforms.
However, the returning CEO faces an immediate challenge regarding the future of the station's star anchors, Yinon Magal and Ben Caspit. The duo recently experienced on-air friction that led Caspit to walk out of the studio, with both presenters hinting that their long-running partnership may soon come to an end.
