Tidhar Group is implementing a series of widespread corporate cuts and a reorganization at its headquarters, expected to save tens of millions of shekels.

Corporate Reorganization and Efficiency

The company stated that the goal of the move is to strengthen control over the value chain, focus operations, and achieve organizational efficiency. As part of the reorganization, Tidhar will merge divisions, reduce management layers, and adapt its organizational structure for future growth. According to estimates, full implementation is expected to save the company approximately 30 million shekels.

Recently, Uri Levin, CEO of Tidhar Group, noted shifting market dynamics, though the company's financial results remain robust. The management and planning division will be merged into the development division, alongside other structural consolidations aimed at eliminating redundancies and cutting workforce costs.

"This reorganization is designed to focus operations, simplify the organizational structure, strengthen our control over the value chain, and support our ability to execute the group's strategy over time," the company stated.

Financial Growth and Strong Results

According to the second-quarter financial reports, Tidhar recorded record revenues reaching 892 million shekels, a 17.4% increase. Adjusted net profit totaled 73 million shekels, and the company achieved a record gross profit margin of 20.4% of total revenues.

During the first half of the year, the company signed 294 apartment sales contracts—surpassing figures for the entirety of 2025—totaling 905 million shekels in financial volume, with the company's share amounting to 433 million shekels. The construction backlog (including partners' shares) reached 42,000 housing units, an addition of over 1,800 units compared to the end of 2025.
