Thierry Henry Lists Luxury Manhattan Penthouse for $25 Million
Football legend Thierry Henry and Andrea Rajacic have listed their luxury Manhattan penthouse for $25 million after previously attempting a sale last year.
Thierry Henry and his partner Andrea Rajacic have listed their luxury penthouse in SoHo, Manhattan, for $25 million. The expansive property spans approximately 565 square meters, complemented by an additional 316 square meters of private outdoor space.
The penthouse features five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and two powder rooms, alongside spacious living areas, multiple balconies, and a private rooftop. The roof terrace boasts a pergola, a barbecue area, and seating zones with sweeping views of Manhattan. Residents also benefit from two private parking spaces and secure elevator access directly into the residence.
The couple originally purchased two separate units in the building back in 2010 for $14.85 million, shortly after the legendary French and Barcelona star joined the New York Red Bulls. They later combined the units into a single home, living there full-time before relocating to London following Henry's retirement from professional football in late 2014.
This is not the couple's first attempt to part with the property. Last year, the apartment was listed for $26.75 million before being temporarily withdrawn from the market, only to return now with a reduced price tag.
Reflecting on his emotional bond with the home, Henry admitted they remain in love with the space and found it difficult to leave New York. Maintenance costs remain steep, with monthly management fees reaching $6,787 and property taxes adding another $5,534 per month.
