Tel Aviv Port is set to launch a massive new 2,500-square-meter entertainment and sports complex in its northern section, backed by an investment of 20 million NIS. Construction has already begun, with the grand opening officially scheduled for April 2027.

The upcoming complex will feature 12 bowling lanes, a professional billiards area, and padel courts installed directly on the building's rooftop. Game prices at the facility are expected to start from 80 NIS per hour, compared to standard market rates ranging from 20 to 80 NIS.

Alongside the gaming and athletic attractions, the BBB Group will operate a 400-square-meter culinary zone within the venue. According to Ynet reports, the food hall will house leading brands including Moses Shop, Rapidus, American Dolce, and a stylish cocktail bar.

This major development forms part of a broader expansion strategy by Babylon Park, which currently runs 14 branches nationwide alongside international sites in Belgrade and London. The company is also preparing to open a unique arcade and virtual reality hub at Ben Gurion Airport on November 15, with an investment of 10 million NIS.
