"This morning I was at a polling station in Tel Aviv, where I approached quite a few young people. Most of them told me that they do not want it to be known that they are joining the Likud."
"During the day, I interviewed many Likud members—140,000 people are coming here—and I wanted to show a different side of the Likud," said Hasson, adding that other media outlets typically portray party members as working-class individuals.
"It is a very diverse crowd, including Ashkenazim and Mizrahim, old and young. When I approached voters at the Tel Aviv polling station, I focused on young people working in high-tech companies. I invited them to share their experience of the day on camera, but most of them told me they did not want it known that they are Likud voters participating in the primaries. This shows that the term 'crypto-supporters' is not just a headline, but a real phenomenon," concluded Hasson.
