Spacecom Extends Amos 4 Government Contract in 28 Million NIS Deal
Spacecom extended its satellite communication agreement with the Israeli government through late 2028 via the Amos 4 satellite, securing approximately 28 million NIS in cumulative revenue.

Spacecom, traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, has announced the extension of its existing agreement with the Israeli government to provide satellite communication services and additional solutions. Under the updated accord, the company will continue delivering services via the Amos 4 satellite until the end of its operational lifespan, which is scheduled for late 2028.
Expected Revenues and Operational Scope
The anticipated revenues for the company stemming from this agreement extension are estimated at approximately 28 million NIS, roughly equating to 9 million USD, accumulated throughout the entire engagement period. This contract represents a continuation of long-standing cooperation between the state and the firm, which is periodically renewed and updated according to operational needs.
A previous update to the agreements between the parties occurred in February 2026, when communication services via the Amos 4 and Amos 17 satellites were extended. The current engagement secures the continuation of services utilizing Amos 4 until its planned retirement.
Long-Term Outlook and Assets
Operating since 1992, Spacecom specializes in satellite communication solutions across multiple orbits, including GEO and LEO, utilizing the Amos fleet and third-party satellites. The company's core assets include the Amos 17 and Amos 4 satellites, providing coverage to Tel Aviv, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Asia.
The extension of the agreement with the government allows the company to continue generating revenues from one of its existing assets through the end of its planned operational lifespan, while securing reliable satellite communications for the state through a local provider.
Concurrently, the firm presents a long-term cash flow projection indicating that its existing assets could yield a cumulative cash flow exceeding 200 million USD by 2041, following the settlement of all liabilities. This represents corporate estimation regarding future asset contributions rather than a realized financial outcome.
