SPACE Fitness Group Invests 7 Million Shekels in New Ness Ziona Branch
The SPACE fitness group is investing 7 million shekels to open its 40th branch in Ness Ziona. Spanning 1,200 square meters at the Kanyoter mall, the club is part of an aggressive nationwide expansion strategy.

The SPACE fitness group is expanding its network with the launch of a new club in Ness Ziona, backed by an estimated investment of 7 million shekels. The upcoming facility, marking the chain's 40th branch, will be located on the rooftop floor of the Kanyoter mall, owned by the Melisron group, spanning a vast area of approximately 1,200 square meters.
Advanced Facilities and Equipment
The new club is set to feature an advanced fitness gym equipped with high-end machinery from the German brand Gym80, alongside a dedicated aerobic area featuring Star Trac equipment. High emphasis has been placed on training experience and superior service, including premium locker rooms with private showers. Positioning the branch inside the Kanyoter shopping center aims to seamlessly integrate fitness activities with a major commercial hub, exposing the network to a broad target audience.
"Opening the branch at Kanyoter Ness Ziona is part of a structured growth strategy based on selecting strong locations with high foot traffic and excellent accessibility," stated Haim Frankel, CEO and owner of the SPACE group.
Continued Growth and Future Plans
Frankel added that the company continues to evaluate real estate opportunities in high-demand areas to expand responsibly and strengthen its foothold in the Israeli fitness market. This milestone follows the launch of SPACE's flagship club in Netanya last August, an 8 million shekel investment covering 2,000 square meters in the Kiryat Hasharon neighborhood.
The chain confirmed that reaching its 40th branch is not the end of the line, as it plans to open four additional branches by the end of 2026 to deepen its presence in key urban centers across the country.
