Shocking mandate poll: Benjamin Netanyahu on the way to another term

The Channel 14 poll conducted by the company NEXT DATA under the analysis of Shlomo Filber presents a fairly stable picture of the blocs, but contains internal dramas and intriguing changes. In the general balance of power, the right-wing bloc maintains its strength with 63 mandates, the change bloc stands at 45 mandates, and the Arab parties hold 12 mandates.

Likud leads the political map safely with 31 mandates, followed by the 'Yashar' party, which weakens from 24 to 22 mandates. Shas shows stability with 10 mandates, while the 'Behad' party of Bennett and Lapid records the most dramatic jump in the poll as it rises from 6 to 9 mandates.

The Democrats and United Torah Judaism (which rose by one mandate) stand at 8 mandates each. Otzma Yehudit, Religious Zionism-Identity, and the Joint List (Hadash-Ta'al-Balad) receive 7 mandates each, while Yisrael Beiteinu weakens to 6 mandates and Ra'am closes the list of those passing the threshold with 5 mandates.

Among the parties that do not pass the electoral threshold, a surprise: the 'Amach Yisrael' party led by Ofer Winter, which only in the previous poll passed with 4 mandates, experiences a sharp drop below the threshold and weakens to only 2.7%. Alongside it, 'Beit Tzioni / The Reservists' (1.3%), Blue and White (1.2%), Noam (0.3%), and 'Ha-Achdut' (0.1%) also remained outside.

On the question of suitability for Prime Minister, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu leads by a significant margin with 50% (a slight decrease from 51%), while Gadi Eisenkot weakens to 32% (compared to 35%). The one who records significant strengthening in this index is Naftali Bennett, who jumps from 10% to 16%, while Avigdor Lieberman receives only 2%. The poll was conducted on September 3, 2026, with the participation of 865 adult respondents.
