Mifal HaPais CEO, Adv. Benny Dreyfus, announced today, Sunday, to the board of directors his decision to conclude his tenure after 6.5 years in the role.

During his years in office, Dreyfus was instrumental in leading a large-scale social transformation and significantly expanding the organization's activities for the benefit of Israeli society. During this period, Mifal HaPais initiated a series of measures, including creating economic anchors for local authorities and developing programs for various populations, while deepening partnerships with municipalities nationwide.

Since the outbreak of the "Iron Swords" war, Dreyfus has been a key figure in leading the emergency operations of Mifal HaPais, focusing on increasing aid to local authorities and residents, with an emphasis on the South and North. The organization worked to provide essential resources and solutions to affected communities to strengthen social resilience during the emergency.

Mifal HaPais Chairman, Itzik Lari, stated:

"I would like to thank Benny from the bottom of my heart for the journey we took together and for his many years of contribution to Mifal HaPais and Israeli society. Benny is ending today a significant chapter of deep public service and impressive leadership. Throughout his years in office, he was a key partner in establishing the organization as a social pillar that stands as a solid support alongside local authorities, both in routine times and especially in moments of trial and emergency."

"Since I took office," Lari added, "I have had the privilege of working alongside a professional and experienced manager of high stature, driven by deep commitment and a sense of true mission. On my behalf and on behalf of the board of directors, I thank Benny and wish him great success in his future path."

Mifal HaPais CEO, Adv. Benny Dreyfus, noted:

"I am ending my tenure with a sense of satisfaction and great pride for the privilege I was given to lead an organization that works every day for the benefit of Israeli society. Over the years, we have worked to expand our social action to reach more communities and to be true partners of the local authorities."

In conclusion, the outgoing CEO stated: "In recent years, and especially since the outbreak of the war, we were required to act in complex conditions and to mobilize quickly for the benefit of the citizens of Israel. I would like to thank the chairman, the members of the board of directors, the heads of local authorities, our many partners, and above all, the employees of Mifal HaPais."
