MK Simcha Rothman of Religious Zionism, serving as chairman of the Constitution Committee and a member of the Central Elections Committee, claimed on Thursday morning in an interview with Reshet Bet that widespread election bribery occurred on an unprecedented scale at polling stations in the Arab sector.

Speaking on the "This Morning" program with Ran Binyamini, Rothman asserted that "the elections were definitely stolen." He stated that reports of bribery on a scale never before seen in Israel had been received, warning that until these complaints are thoroughly investigated by the competent authorities, the results cannot be accepted as valid.

Rothman emphasized that the investigation must be conducted by the relevant bodies, including the Central Elections Committee, the Israel Police, and Shin Bet. Until these suspicions are properly examined, he declined to address the political implications of the emerging mandate distribution.

In response to the allegations, an official from the Central Elections Committee stated that "there is currently no concern regarding the integrity of the elections." Similarly, police sources reported that no evidence has emerged and that no unusual incidents occurred at polling stations in the Arab sector, directly contradicting the claims raised by Rothman.

Authorities underscored that compared to previous election cycles, the current campaign has actually generated significantly fewer police complaints regarding electoral integrity, such as impersonation and forgery. By Wednesday night, approximately 50 complaints were registered, compared to 75 during the previous elections.
