ROOMS, the largest coworking network in Israel belonging to the Fattal Group, continues to expand its operations across the country with the announcement of its 15th workspace branch at the Elite Tower office skyscraper, with an estimated investment of approximately 24 million shekels.

The Elite Tower office skyscraper, located at 16 Zeev Jabotinsky Street, is built on the site of the former Elite chocolate factory and is considered one of the most prominent real estate projects in the Diamond Exchange district. The opening of the new branch is scheduled for December 2026.

Premium Workspaces on Upper Floors

The new ROOMS branch will span three floors, specifically floors 26 through 28 of the Elite Tower. Its high-rise location provides users with a panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding area, and it is expected to be the only office complex in the region located entirely on these elevated levels.

The first floor will be dedicated to coworking, offering workstations, private offices, meeting rooms, and hospitality spaces. The other two floors will be dedicated to the network's flagship product, Private Space, which offers private office areas custom-designed to meet client needs. The service is tailored for startup companies, growing enterprises, and organizations seeking a high-level working environment.

Wellness and Community Services

In addition, ROOMS members and building tenants will enjoy access to a dedicated floor scheduled to open, which will connect the working environment with wellness, hospitality, and community spaces as part of the building's comprehensive service package.

"The business world is changing rapidly against the backdrop of the AI revolution and the shift to flexible working models. Companies today are looking for more than just an office — they are looking for a work environment that provides flexibility, complementary services, and a high-quality working experience," said Ziv Fordes, CEO of ROOMS.

The floor is expected to include wellness complexes featuring ice baths and saunas, alongside event spaces, shared workspaces, a coffee bar, and content and community areas. Throughout the year, lectures, workshops, networking events, and additional activities are planned for the building tenants.

Growing Trend in the Office Market

Beyond serving ROOMS members, establishing the complex at Elite Tower reflects a broader trend in the office market where workspaces become an integral part of a building's service infrastructure. The complex integrates into the Elite Tower project, which combines offices, residences, commerce, and lifestyle, built in accordance with the LEED green building standard.

Established in 2019, ROOMS currently operates 14 workspaces nationwide across Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Bnei Brak, Ra'anana, Glilot, Modi'in, and Petah Tikva. The network offers a flexible working model combining coworking environments with the hospitality standards of the Fattal Group.
