Rami Levy Real Estate continues to expand its footprint in the commercial real estate sector. It has come to the attention of Ice that the company has received two building permits for the construction of commercial centers in the towns of Rosh HaAyin and Mishor Adumim.

The company, which recently signed a memorandum of understanding to acquire control of "Reshit Bniya VeNihul Projectim", will build a center in Rosh HaAyin totaling approximately 10,600 square meters. Construction is expected to begin shortly, with completion slated for 2029. Another complex in Mishor Adumim, spanning 8,200 square meters, is expected to be ready by 2028.

The shopping center in Mishor Adumim is designed to support economic activity in Ma'ale Adumim, offering an open commercial hub with retail, dining, and leisure venues. The project represents an estimated investment of approximately 95 million shekels.

The Rosh HaAyin Project

The Rosh HaAyin project will be developed in two stages. Stage A includes a 1,600-square-meter commercial floor and two office floors of 1,600 square meters each. Stage B will add four business floors of approximately 1,450 square meters each. The total investment for this project is estimated at 130 million shekels.

This development is part of a larger complex featuring three residential buildings with 80 units, ranging from 3 to 6-room apartments, including garden units and penthouses, centered around a community green space.

"We continue to expand the activities of Rami Levy Real Estate and translate our plans into active projects. The permits received for Rosh HaAyin and Ma'ale Adumim mark another stage in our growth within the income-producing real estate and residential sectors," said Moti Hazan, CEO of Rami Levy Real Estate.
