Just four months after completing its sale to Phoenix, the company BUYME announced this morning (Sunday) its first strategic acquisition: the purchase of the company bttr. This firm provides an innovative platform for managing benefit budgets that employers provide to employees digitally and via credit cards. The acquisition will allow the BUYME group to enter the world of customer clubs for the first time, as well as expand into additional business areas.

The company bttr has developed an advanced digital benefit wallet application, which allows companies and organizations to manage and allocate diverse welfare and benefit budgets in a flexible, smart, and personalized way. Today, many companies in the economy use the bttr platform, which gives employees the freedom to use the business budget allocated to them according to the category defined by the employer. bttr has strategic collaborations with Hilan Value and the Movement group.

Within this framework, the employee can realize the budget at any business belonging to that category throughout the country — from catering budgets (restaurants, supermarket chains, food delivery, etc.) to wellness budgets in gyms, sports clubs, training studios, and more — using a physical card, a digital card, and mobile payment applications.

Dana Biton Lev Ami, CEO of BUYME, stated:

"The acquisition of bttr is a significant milestone in the development of BUYME. The move strengthens our position as leaders in the field of solutions for employees and organizations, expands our business activities, and enriches the basket of services we offer to customers. The bttr platform will allow us to expand into the field of customer clubs and other business areas. We see this acquisition as a key growth engine that will create new business opportunities and contribute to the company's continued leadership and innovation."

Yoav Ben-Yakar, Chairman of BUYME, added:

"The acquisition of bttr is a natural step for us, coming as a direct continuation of the company's significant leap in the last four months. We see the acquisition of the company as a first swallow towards the possibility of additional acquisitions in the future."
